Mr. Lee was the sole cause of the event hall lag?

Title.

I find this hard to believe. Cassandra and gaga in particular are known to cause insane amounts of lag to players, but removing Mr. Lee was seemingly enough to fix the lag? I'm not complaining, just find it hard to believe that this solved the problems

    no its not mr.Lee it's the NPC that causes a lot lag.
