could use
1% ATT + 3% IED badge(Carcion mobs + Limbo card to complete the set ?)
+
1% Damage + 3% IED badge(Shangri-La)(Kaling card to complete the set ?)
and
1% Crit + 3% IED badge(Odium)
so that the badges BiS badges feel complete
make those bosses have a 1 chance on 4 to drop their card(can't be affect by drop rate)
i know mages got their BiS badge from Hotel Arcus and thats not completly fair
but i think it should be done...it still give players something to aim for

just for fun..add some new Weapons/Armors for perma beginner ?(can't be use by serious class)
weapon type: Boomerang
lvl 120 weap +200 ATT + 4% Critical rate + hit 1 more targets + Boss dmg 30%
lvl 150 weap +400 ATT + 6% Critical rate + hit 2 more targets + Boss dmg 70%
lvl 200 weapon +700 ATT + 12% Critical Rate + hit 3 more targets + Boss dmg 140% + hit targets take the damage twice + once every 2 min unleash a wave that hit ALL enemies in the map
Genesis weap for perma beginner +2500 ATT + 20% Crit rate + hit 5 more targets + Boss dmg 300% + hit targets take the damage 3 time
how to unlock Genesis weap as perma beginner ?(lvl from 200 to 255 without the use of lvling potions)
or maybe some fun challenges

8 Pieces Set effect: +20 Speed + 20 Jump + Enemies that hit you get debuff for 5 sec, increasing the damage they take by 20%(can only occur once every 30 secs)
lvl 250 Armor(Perma beginner only) +750 Str, 750 Dex, 140 ATT
Set Effect: +40 Speed + 30 Jump
i leave it at that :P but eh..give perma beginner a bit of love
even up the field with the old ones who got carried in Lu/Will
while also alloting perma beginners to do more reasonnable damage while having no skills
...while perma beginner wont rely on skills..they could rely on gear to help them do damage but nowhere near
class that use skills...at least keep perma beginner dmg 1/3 to 1/4 lower than classes using skills so it remain
a patience challenge but without being completly ded
