HEXA Return Flame

My suggestion is for Evans to get a boost to their return flame. It makes sense considering it is tied to dragon breath which is getting a HEXA boost. I'm imagining it'll mostly help out with mobbing as a stationary "summon," and could be a little bigger/wider, but also do a little bit extra DoT on bosses. It does a very low amount of damage in BA, so a small boost wouldn't break the character. If you really want to cement it as only a training tool, you could have HEXA return flame do extra damage to normal monsters and that's it. I'd love to see this implemented, let me know what you think!
