Bug type: Player; premature death

Brief bug summary: Players standing over Chaos Vellum's tail indicator die instantly, before the indicator has finished displaying and the tail has actually erupted from the ground.

More details: In videos from KMS, Chaos Vellum's tail erupts after a warning indicator appears for roughly 3 seconds, giving players a chance to escape the tail's instant death. After fighting Chaos Vellum twice, standing where the indicator happens to appear at that moment kills the player instantly.
