It's clear at this point that the player-to-player IGN auction is a rousing success. The fees associated with it seem exorbitant, but that's not relevant for this suggestion.

KMS's third Name Auction was a release of dormant character IGNs, with Nexon auctioning IGNs directly to players. Doing an IGN cleanup similar to those in the past would likely result in a fair number of sales, but there is a massive untapped market in releasing IGNs that are on banned accounts. I'm aware that these types of IGNs weren't released in KMS's version of the event, and it's possible that the way data is stored doesn't currently allow these IGNs to be released. I ask you to consider, in the time between now and this version of the auction, determining a way to release these IGNs to be used again. People are clearly willing to pay a lot of money for IGNs that they consider to be good, so it seems like it'd be a win for Nexon and for players.
