Weapon Trace has no warnings!!!!!

I did the most stupidest mistake ever and I am extremely frustrated that there was no warning nor stats pop up when transferring a weapon trace.

To give some context, I was able to my FIRST 22 star on my zero's weapon. I thought maybe I could recover the potential and flames on that weapon if I could just transfer the trace over. When I proceeded to do the process, it does not show the post results nor warn that it would override the 22*. Why isn't there a warning? The detail of the window says nothing at all. I'm extremely frustrated that there wasn't a warning or anything. I never done trace transferring before.

I have opened a ticket and the GM's have said they are unable to revert my weapon nor help me out by putting mesos back into my account for all the mesos I lost from starforcing. I don't believe you guys cannot revert my weapon for a multitude of reasons.

Game developers, could you PLEASE put a WARNING or SOMETHING to prevent mistakes like this from happening again.

    The game does have an explanation (though the wording could be confusing) that it will do this, inside of the "?" on the enhancement window it explains how it works.
    "The Equipment Trace contains the equipment's Star Force enhancement up to 12 stars and all other abilities. Only up to 12 stars can be kept in the trace"
    "You can use Equipment Transfer to put the stats from the equipment trace into another piece of equipment of the same kind."
    However it is a little misleading or confusing when it says
    For example, if you have an Equipment Trace of a Fafnir, you can transfer your old equipment stats onto another Fafnir, just without the Star Force Enhancement
    This message doesn't imply to me that the item will be left with 12 stars, it implies to me that it would be at 0 stars but with everything else intact.
    They also specifically mention the transfer will overwrite "stats" and mention potential explicitly. This message should be updated to explicitly state exactly what (everything) will be overwritten.
    It really needs to be spelled out entirely that all stats (SF, Potential, Bonus Stats, etc) will be overwritten, not just potential.

    "The stats on your equipment will be replaced with the stats on your Equipment Trace." is the warning before you transfer.
    This should probably be updated to say something a little more clear, that it will turn the other item into a useable version of the trace.
