I had a friend who had there Frenzy totem stolen by someone logging in unauthorised. We need better communication we nexon regarding all the trades that happened and whether they was autherised by the player or not.

We believe Nexon’s handling of this case may conflict with consumer protection laws and data security regulations, including but not limited to:

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) – If Nexon operates in the EU or serves EU customers, failure to properly secure user data or investigate unauthorized access could be a violation.
U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act – If Nexon provides services to U.S. players, failure to protect user accounts and respond adequately to unauthorized access may be considered unfair business practices.
Digital Fraud and Unauthorized Access Laws – Many countries have laws prohibiting unauthorized access to digital accounts and fraudulent transactions of virtual assets. If Nexon's systems allowed an unauthorized connection, there may be legal liability.
Request for Investigation:
We ask Nexon to thoroughly review:

Login history and IP logs related to the trade.
Any possible unauthorized connections to the account.
How the trade was completed despite the lack of an authorized Steam connection.
The recipient of the Item and whether they were involved in any suspicious activity.
