my cash items are gone

i bought oswell scissors and used them on 2 items and i tried putting them into the steam market broker and when i did it said an error occurred and my items are just gone there arent in my steam inventory either

    Having the same issue. I was just recently informed that because i used the nexon launcher. Works fine when launching the game through steam though. I hope this gets fixed.
