I am just about to hit level 215 for the first time, on an I/L "Wiseman". Now I am feeling quite pressured to play more because there does not seem to be story quests to match my level of growing anymore. Back in level 100 or 150, the story quests were abundant in number and especially EXP rewarding to my level growth, now at level 215 it feels to me that the game is forcing me to grind, and needless to say this sense of limitation as well as hopelessness is driving me crazy, making me hesitant to continue playing. For the improvement, I think you can consider making the quests more EXP rewarding, like the story quests in the earlier levels, like the Golden Beach and Reina Straits. Otherwise, it also looks funny that all those old quests simply get ignored after the player reaches a higher level, simply because they became useless to leveling, regardless how great or epic the story, the music, or the presentation in those quests may be. I am sure you don't want to waste time making extra contents that players never touch, spending time managing them, resolving occasional bugs among them, and so on, why not make them worthwhile, meaningful enough for you as the developers to keep them around. In this way you not only do yourselves a favor, by not having extra burden on your systems, you also improve player experience where players can find purpose and be more motivated going through any quest that may look interesting to them, rather than being held back to start them, because doing that may just be a huge waste of time. If enjoying a good animation is all we care about, none about leveling or EXP, then we may as well go watch anime or surf in Youtube for podcasts, wouldn't you agree? There should be a game aspect to doing the quests, and to me that means getting levels or sufficient EXP out of them, making my time worthwhile as both an audience of the animation and as a player.

story quests at 200+ will give irrelevant exp....and party quests are no more unlike old days

200-300 is just mindless grind + the bosses

unfortunetly they think mindless grind is a fun aspect.....it could be so much more fun if they poured effort in adding stuff making the grind not entirely mindless

i already made some suggestions but they haven't been taken into consideration as of yet

such as pq revamp, weather effects & special mobs spawns added to grind map (the type that actively try to seriously kill your character)

the exp debuff upon dying is such an outdated concept too(decentivize the interest into more challenging maps with that in the way)

with all that said maybe with time.....Inkwell is finaly getting things going in a good direction...so maybe we get something interesting soon
