How to get this key? Is it glitched? (Afterlands)

I don't know how to get this key... It is the last one for me.
Can someone tell me if it is glitched? I think I already tried everything...
I want to know if I'm losing my time on a glitched thing...
So please, if someone from Nexon staff can confirm this for me, I would be pleased.

    Welcome to the club. A whole lot of people are stuck on this. Supposedly, according to a few different people here and on reddit, you had to do the quest thing for that one before breaking down the wall and having the three NPCs inside move outside.

    Remains to be seen how this'll be handled.
