Illium Storyline Quest bug

Bug Type: Locked in a map. Can't progress with quest on my hyper burned character

Brief Summary: After Ms. Agate dies in Illium storyline quest, stuck in the Academy Entrance.
Morian doesn't yell out help like he would normally. Upon talking to the NPC 'Morian', he would have a blank dialogue box. My quest history is empty, available quest is empty. Entire quest progress is gone upon checking "Q".

Steps to reproduce: Hyper burn Illium, progress on the main storyline as usual. Watch the cutscene where Illium gets the cool hair cut, get second job advancement.

Character Name: Lenzirus

Character Level: 45

Character Job: Illium

World Name: Challenger World- Heroic

Date and Time of Incidence. 5:15pm PDT

    Just to add. On my quest tab, the completed items are at 0. No available quests in the quest icon as well
