A few months ago, Inkwell talked about the plans for 22nd Anniversary with stuff such as Mo Xuan, Victoria Cup and support for MacOS. It was suprising when Dr. Lim started speaking Spanish and that the game would be translated to it since it a common language up there with English. Here are some languages that could be added besides Spanish.

Korean: This is no brainer as it doesn't need new translators as the game was written with Korean and dubbed for skills and cutscenes. Aside from KMS, Korean is used in TMS and MSEA for skills even though their respective text language are Chinese and English. Since Korean text exists in KMS and many other regions have Korean VAs for classes and cutscenes, it could be added to our version of the game once they figure out to switch game audio and text seamlessly.

Chinese/Japanese: Not sure since I hadn't seen that many videos of CMS/JMS videos and how characters and bosses speak, but if it already exists, might as well add it to the list.

If the langauge switching system has advanced settings, here are some that can be added.

Text and Audio: This setting would be useful for those who want to hear the game in another language but keep the existing text so they can still navigate the game. As mentioned above, MSEA and TMS have Korean actors but still have the game's text in their respective languages.

Non KMS Classes: Aside from the main Korean Maplestory classes, we also have the Sengoku who were dubbed in Japanese and the Jianshu who were in Chinese. GMS actually dubbed Mo Xuan to English and used Pinyin instead of characters for his meter. 天 becomes Tiān and 地 becomes di (both are Sky and Ground respectively.) It would be nice to have an option to have the UI in Chinese since having Pinyin for a martial artist kills the vibe. If non-KMS classes had individual settings, it would change the play experience when you interact with those characters.
