Stat lines on familiars do nothing

Bug type: Familiar Functionality

Brief bug summary: Getting lines such as 2% all stat on familiars does nothing. No stats are raised, the damage range is not increased and it does increase a battle analysis.

More details: I think that was clear enough. Other lines seem to be working fine, like boss%, att% or healing. But stat lines like LUK% and All Stat% do not work and have not for a while.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Obtain a familiar with an all stat% line (so we can see not a single stat is impacted).
2) Place that familiar in a slot.
3) Summon that familiar
4) Nothing has changed in your stats after summoning.

Date and time of the incident:
Today, yesterday, the day before and a bunch of others days.
