I doubt this will actually reach anyone in the development side of Nexon but let's give it a shot;

For starters I want to point out that the compensation for EU for Ursus being broken for ~4 weeks shows how out of touch the team is with the community. The compensation for not being able to enter Ursus is extending the daily fever time. The issue is not when the fever time is, these windows are generous enough. The issue is the lost resources over the span of these weeks. At this point you're just opening an old wound to rub some salt in there.

Now my main point and a point of interest as someone who works in IT as well: First off, big props to Calahan. I know what he can say is limited, but he's at least vocal and transparant as he can be with communicating things.

But for real, how comes you guys are testing on the day it goes to release/production? It is a common known fact everything should already be planned, stress- and regression tested and performance tested. Let alone have testers actually test the whole package together. How comes a billion dollar company does their tests on pretty major (and with a release schedule quite far ahead) start doing their tests on the actual release day? Is this poor management or poor developers who can't supply enough workvalue?

Kind regards
