Equipment Preset randomly swapping/scrambling gear

At first it was just a nuisance, having to click the preset multiple times before it finally selected the one you want. But now I've found that it wouldn't let me unequip my accessories on my "blank" preset so that I could do the Code X event boss. And in the process of trying to equip gear, it's now scrambling my gear sets so that I can't even get my bossing/loot gear back to the way it was. This bug has been in the game since v160 and it hasn't been addressed. As is, it's effectively impossible for me to even get into Code X to try it since I can't equip my gear.

I play a Mechanic on Kronos server. And this has only effected that character. My other characters seem to have correct preset swapping.
