Bag UI Empty Skip Locked Items

I actually really like the new UI, drastic quality of life improvement as far as I'm concerned, very few downsides and a whole lot of upsides. I especially like the unified UI for enhancements and also bags. In fact the new bag UI almost solves a problem that had previously made my recipe bag practically unusable: how much of an absolute pain it was to remove the recipes from the bag back to the inventory to do anything other than use it (e.g. sell, salvage, general de-cluttering. There's just one small issue. There's a handful of recipes I do want to keep and keeping them in the bag is helpful. But I empty the bag, they also get emptied out, even if I lock the item. I feel like it's a pretty fair assumption to make that I don't want to empty out locked items. Please make the empty bag functionality skip over locked items and it would be perfect
