Zero Armor Split Skill Not Activating (Solved)

Brief bug summary: The armor split move does not activate. I completed darknell boss in practice mode without my "Ignore Defense" going up(armor split activating). The move is Armor Split, "when Beta attacks there is a 20% chance of dropping the target's defence rate by 10% for the 20 sec. Can be stacked up to 5 times"

Date and time of the incident: Not sure when it happened, but i just noticed it.

Update: always thought it increases IED stat, but i guess it only decreases enemy IED but doesn't reflect on your stats page
