Massive lag since new patch

Is anyone experiencing a ton of lags with FPS since the big update Wednesday? I haven't had the game lag like this in ages.. Not only that the amount of times I have to click the Nexon Launcher or reopen it just to TRY to get into the game is insane.. This was never a huge issue till the recent patch. What is going on? I have restarted my PC a bunch. It's definitely not on my end.
