kanna nine tail fury NOT 2min cd

6th job kanna with the right mastery nodes will have nine tail fury replaced by HEXA nine tail fury.
going along with the transition to 2min cooldowns for bursts, nine tail fury did get a 2min cd.
... but HEXA nine tail fury still has the 3min one. ty Nexon.
