Familiar ability isn't working

Hi :)
I rolled a new familiars ability this week and got 2 lines of drop rate. The first one was +110% item drop rate, and the 2nd was +30% Item\Meso drop rate.
For some reason the first line doesnt seem to work. I'ved looked at my characters drop rate % and when i activated the familiar it only grew by 30% and not 140%.
