Hello maplers

I got banned the 12th of june (5 months ago) for cheating

It happened after I tried to play right after the maintenance for stargazer event, the game was buggy, unplayable and it went off quickly for another maintenance
I remember having my inventory full of dew (mp regen thing), tried to delete to free some space, didnt work, tried to sell them to npc, game crashed, I then logged back in and I could sell some of these and get symbols from daily quest
I think this is the exploit I was banned for because you could get infinite amount of mesos if you could replicate the exploit

The thing is I obviously didnt do this intentionally, I was trying to free space to do the damn quest, proof is I litteraly gained something like 30m (in reboot) from this, it should be pretty obvious to see by checking at my account (unless nexon think I will risk thousands hours account for 60 seconds worth of grind money?)

Is there anything I can do about this? Since Nexon support is completely useless as they dont even read the request and send some premade answers telling me to read the code of conduct :)
