massive 6th job quest bug

so when i need to go to the portal to the right in the dwindling torrent in the 6th job quest and the cutcene starts playing, it freezes then crashes with the message:

i have tried updating my drivers and verifying the integrity of the game files. nothing worked. its impossible for me to do my 6th job quest cuz of it.
