Hello!

I was practicing Black Mage for a while and I finally beat it for the first time. I noticed thag I died many times because of a few reasons. I wonder if I might not be the only one.. And it would be cool if some stuff could be changed.

On PH2 whenever he's going to do his AoE attack, sometimes (many times😅) I would miss which hand BM used, so by the time I realized and tried to run to the safe area it was too late and I would die. So can there be an effect that would help you see better which area is going to be? Like with Lucid we got the green fog before the dragon comes. Can something be added to BM too? Nothing extravagant, but something. I'm sure it would help a lot of players.

On PH3, I notice that for me personally it's hard to sometimes see BM animation before he's about to kick, because everything around him it's kinda the same white color. So my idea is, can the color around BM, or BM himself be changed? Or maybe like his silhouette be a different color? Just whatever it helps to see better. That's all.

During P3 if you have the boss outlines turned on it's pretty easy to tell when kick is happening. The bigger issue is that his kick is faster than attack animations for a lot of classes, so it's more of a knowing when it's safe to attack kind of thing.
P2 completely agree with, sometimes it's hard to tell which hand he's using. (I play with full opacity.)

I disagree with the first bit. Even with transparnecy on low, hitting P3 Black Mage just produces a particle effect which makes it hard to read outlines. IDK if it just me with him being a pure white starfish. Larger mutli-colored bosses are easily to read compared to Seren where the animations are obvious and some even come with audio cues so you can react with off. I still agree that P3 is the hardest phase for me to fast kicks, and misjudging laser hitboxes once kicked. P1 depends on how well I bind and burst and P2 is if i remember to watch my feet when pillars and chains are in play.

I think it's easier to see outlines with opacity turned up honestly. (Except for Ark where his skills render over outlines for some reason)
I've also had several characters do 30-50m black mage solos so I think part of it is that I'm just too used to the fight now.
A longer kick animation would solve the problem that some characters just have to wait for him to kick before they can start attacking again and also give you more time to notice the attack.
There is a sound que on the kick but it's kind of hard to hear, at least for me.
