Time To Remove Server Side Job Mechanics/Skills

Isn't time to team GMS change how some jobs behave regarding server side x client side?
GMS server supports people around the globe and some Jobs "punish" people that have bad ping.
Why not change server side skills to client side? The experience will be much better and enjoyable.

I play from South America and alot of Jobs have some kind of server side skills and it feels terrible. I sometimes use Exitlag,
but its not 100%.
I'm starting to get bad vibes from Jobs, if it have some kind of server side mechanic i just ignore it, even when i want to play them.
