Does hinomaru fan still drop?

Basically the title. There was a post here that said they found one from kunoichi in ninja castle, but that was in 2022, and the link is broken to them finding it. Also now Kunoichi are called Sakura Kunoichi so i'm thinking it has a different drop table. To add on to this, websites like maplestorywiki.net usually have pretty good info on drop tables, and they don't list a monster it can drop from.

Is it gone?
