Auction House Restriction Help

Hello, I'm a returning player who came back recently and wanted to upgrade my gear. I purchased $200 worth of NX and converted it to mesos on the market. I was able to get myself a very nice axe, so bossing has been going well.
Today I received a message saying "Your account's access to the auction house is restricted." This account has been active since 2018. I also regularly sell low-level gear on the auction house for mesos since I don't have much currency otherwise (things like Zakum run gear for around 100k). I also just transferred a burning character to Bera.
Why did I receive this restriction? How can I get it removed? I have a friend who recently started playing, and I'd like to help them out with gear.
