Issue regarding large price drops on NX items

Nexon, please be considerate when adjusting prices on certain NX items. To preface, I am not against price drops - just extreme ones. I think you should financially analyze and get it within a reasonable 'frame' the first time.

I bring this up, due to the recent Atelier. During the previous Atelier, a skin coupon+dye was listed at 340 'Atelier points', while this time around, it's listed at 220 'Atelier Points' - a difference of 120, which is equivalent to reasonably $250 USD.

Something similar recently occurred with another item - the Damien set. It was sold within an expensive box, only to be released later as a package where one could spend a mere $10 to complete the entire set.

I want to clarify again, this is a nuanced topic and can be easily misunderstood - I support good prices so that lower spenders have access to cool things as well. I DO NOT support the idea of a bait-and-switch. When you price things at a high value, your item is literally its price. Many people pay for it due to the actual fact its expensive. That is literally what they are buying, if that makes sense. So when you drastically reduce price, not only does it not feel good to feel like a significant amount of money could have been saved by waiting - what they had purchased (exclusivity, due to a high price), is literally being altered at a fundamental level. The item they originally purchased is no longer the same item, and that is not an exaggeration, nor is it hyperbolic. It really does not feel good for the buyer, and disincentivizes spending at all. People have their limits, so not only is this advice in empathy towards customers, it is beneficial on your behalf as well. There are many stubborn users out there who draw the line and choose to never purchase again, if there is enough frustration.

I truly hope you take this advice to heart. Again, I'm all for good prices, and I'm also all for slight price cuts for sales. Just not drastic cuts for the reasons listed above. I believe it is your job to get the price within the targeted range the first time. Remember again, with high-priced items, EXCLUSIVITY IS THE PRODUCT BEING SOLD.

Edit to note:

One thing I have a keen eye on are the 'premium' sets currently listed in the "Mythic Star Style Boxes" (ie, this seasons 'Seraphim' set, last season's 'Marchen' set) AKA master label. At the moment, the only way they can be received is at a substantial cost - they are VERY premium. My suggestion would be for the particular 'premium' sets (I reiterate again, because I'm not saying ALL sets currently in mythic boxes should be treated this way) to stay in the mythic boxes ONLY - BUT if they have to be available elsewhere, I truly hope you note the premium cost, and the premium status, and truly take that into consideration when figuring out its availability.
