Adjust instanced map mechanic in Heroic worlds

Problem:
Players are holding training map instances hostage and not even utilizing it. These methods are done by either staying dead or sitting on elevated planet chairs so mobs don't hit them. It's just completely unfair to other players especially during these training sunny Sunday buffs.

Solution:
Remove the instanced ownership on death or after a few minutes and disable chairs being usable in training maps.
