Arcane Umbra Cape Cubing is grayed out

Item won't allow cubing

Brief bug summary:
I was cubing my Arcane Cape and the button grayed out. I assumed it was due to slowness from too many players doing shining star force, so I exited the game to continue at a later time. I log back in almost 12 hours later, no shining star force active and not as many players in the channel I'm in, but the reset button for cubing is still grayed out for my Arcane cape. I checked another item, Twilight Mark, and I was able to cube it once. However, after cubing it once, the button grayed out for that item as well, and I am unable to cube that item anymore. So items are getting stuck with grayed out button when cubing after one try or so.
