Moving from Challenger-Hrc world, limit world

When the time came and the Challenger-Hrc world was stopped, I am unable to move my character to the world where all my characters are.
There are only 2 world options.
It does not state it in the release notes.
If I knew that' I might not started the character in the Challenger world.
It is unfair to do so, without announcing it when the Challenger world was opened.
