Equality Cube Sale for CW3

After the world leap period, a lot of players will be in interactive main worlds and will likely want to cube gear they probably already equipped or obtained in CW (including Genesis weapons).

Its been 4 years since the last cube of equality/equality cube sale. I recommend selling the equality cube after the first world leap period or opportunity to liberate via Genesis pass has occurred, and hold another equality cube sale towards the end of the CROWN patch for those who joined a bit later.

I recommend equality cube sales occur twice during every major patch (4 times a year) or at least two times a year
