Strange combat power increase

Hi, why does my inventory show that the item in my inventory has higher combat power increase?
As you can see in the screen shot dwHykkYG, I am using a 113 STR + 7% + 4%. The item in my inventory has only 22 STR.
Also Attack power of my current pendant has +33 power and the inventory pendant has 6.
This strange combat power increase calculation appears in multiple items.
What am I missing here?
