Extend Siren Song Event

Additional Malefic Star clear rewards were added to patch notes hours before the Siren Song event was concluding. Previous rewards were not motivating enough for some players to clear Hard Malefic Star considering that Challenger World was also occurring the same time as Malefic Star release. There was not enough time in between the patch notes and the Siren song event conclusion for players to practice Hard Malefic Star for the new rewards.

Siren Song clear event should be extended so that players have a chance to obtain the Finisher Effect and Character Background.
