Crashing in loot room in dist mode

Hi,

I've had more and more occurrences where the game would crash in loot room, the support agents always say that "The nature of boss drops makes it tricky for us to verify what might have been received".
A. there should be sufficient logging for these
B. in distribution mode, i either get everything or nothing at all, there's no "middle ground"
C. find other workarounds
