I cannot complete the Temple Of Time quest line because i cannot go to Vulpes. I have read online that the quest is suppose to get me there. I have tried to forfeit the quests (there are two) in order to be able to do it again but the quest wont become forfeited. I even bought a hyper teleport rock to get me there but it did not work. I will provide pictures of what I am talking about
