Change potential line "Skill MP Cost Reduction"

So this line is only useful to MP using classes, Why not make it just "Skill Cost Reduction", so more than just MP using classes can take advantage of this legendary line and broaden it's usefulness for all. It would be a very nice and welcomed change imo.

    I think there are more useless lines that could get removed from the game...., like %chance to ignore damage, %chance to reover hp or mp when attackig, i guess the list can go on, this one still somewhat usefull honestly.

    Omg... the % chance to ignore damage line... It was a very big issue for my Hero since Strange Stories patch. When it triggers while I hare Rage buff active and send DR damage, I get hack police d/c... So I had to recube some equips ...

    I never once mentioned anything about the removal of the potential line. I said to change it slightly so that more classes than just mp users can take advantage of it. While on that topic, I suppose there is nothing wrong with mentioning that less useful/out dated lines should be slightly changed or improved to be more useful for a broader amount of classes, rather than being completely useless or ineffective.

    It would not be too difficult of a change to implement. Changes to potential lines, as for example in the past with cooldown reduction potential lines on helms, Nexon programmers changed existing potential lines to put a cap of lowering cool downs no lower than 5 seconds. So blanket potential line changes are in deed a possibility, past proven.

    No, they fixed a longstanding bug that made those potential lines way more effective than they were ever supposed to be. There's a difference

    I mean I guess it was kinda a bug, but it was mostly caused simply by nexon not setting a limit on the cool-down reduction calculation.
