Bug type: Scrolls not showing any name nor description

Brief bug summary: Scrolls not showing any description when hovering the mouse over them.

More details:
The scrolls are supposed to be +10 Matt/ Watt for 1h weapons with a 100% success rate , the 2h equivalent show their description.

Steps to reproduce: Hovering the mouse on them

The scroll doesn't show any descrption here, not even when using it over other equipment.

When the scroll is used on a different equipment it's supposed to show the name.
