Cannot access a quest in light bulb above head

Brief bug summary: Light Bulb above character's head is stuck

More details: "[Threads of Fate] Greetings from Zipangu" quest stuck above character's head. My character already finished Mushroom Shrine Tales quest line (even quests to unlock other NPCs in the Threads of Fate UI). I know it's this quest because I had other quests above my head and that was the only quest that I couldn't click on.

Steps to reproduce: N/A, may be caused by a glitch in the quest system for Mushroom Shrine Tales.

Character name: Darkt

Character level: 212

Character job: Battle Mage

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: Started since October 19th after Secret Stories Update.

    I have this problem as well.
    Is there a fix for this? It's not a huge problem, but it is irritating/inconvenient. xD
