i want to chat on the support pages.
no chat is popping up.
has this problem on more then 1 account
how to fix? i really need to chat a GM

    Hi, the bug reporting forum is for in-game bugs.

    To access Live Chat, open the support webpage, then click "sign in". Even if you signed in via the main website, click "sign in" on the support page.
    Once you're signed in, the Live Chat box will pop up in the lower-right corner of the webpage.

    You also need to keep in mind they have hours of operation, and don't operate the live chat on Wednesdays.
