I have mission "Find Neinheart in the town of Ereve. Speak to the World Tour Guide at the Mushroom Shrine to get to Victoria Island, then take a plane from the Six Path Crossway to Ereve." when go to teleport where is neinheart , my game Crash and i can't log at this Character , my game crash , and crash , my friend have same problem , we cant play , please fix this or tell me what can i do ?

    It's a known issue with the Ereve: Knights Chamber map in Luna.
    Nothing you can do but wait for Nexon to fix it.
    You can play other characters, meanwhile.
