Nexon Launcher Trouble

I am an EU player from England and before the 17th nov patch i got to the channel selection screen and when i click luna the game freezes and crashes. Now the 17th nov maintenance has happened i click on PLAY on the launcher and nothing happens.

i'm in serious need of some help...
