Jett unable to use storage

Brief bug summary: My Jett is unable to use storage

More details:
Upon moving items through my characters, when I tried to get into storage on my Jett it would not pop up.
Clicking it more than once would only give the "Take a breath" message



Steps to reproduce:
Attempt multiple times to click storage (try any storage even fm)

Character name: Rudrani

Character level: 176

Character job: Jett

World name: Windia

Date and time of the incident: 11/17/16 @ 7:40pm est
