VIP Hair Coupons for returning players removed?

Hello everyone. I am pretty sure that free VIP Hair Coupons were given to players who came back to Maplestory after inactivity for some time, before. Did they already remove it or am I just having a hard time finding it? Thank you kindly for your replies!

    You can only get one if there's a "returning maplers" event running. There isn't one currently.
