Fixed as of the Scheduled Game Update on 7/19.

Bug type: Text

Brief bug summary: Bowmaster's Quiver Cartridge skill reads "Able to use 103 Special Arrowheads", but it should read "Able to use 10 of 3 Special Arrowheads".
