Brief bug summary:

- Arrow Blaster disappears after "setting up" at a location 50% of the time.

More details:

- Before, when you mounted the Arrow Platter, it would be set up immediately. Now, the arrow platter disappears randomly after being set up.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Hold Arrow Blaster on a Key
2. Use NPC Chat at the same time to set-up Arrow Blaster.
