Heads up/Clarification reguarding haste event

So I was a little misunderstood with the way this quest works in terms of final 2 rewards being (dmg skin, Title). The event notifier is not helpful for this, and the quest in the quest tab description isn't very clear. Sadly I came to the realization that if you missed the easy 44k kills the first week, even if completing a whole other 88k the second week you will be ineligible for the Speed Demon title. http://imgur.com/1LrcBIR
