Chroma Pink Bean Pet Colour Problem

Hello i bought the 23.7k chroma pink bean pack last week and i used 2/3 bean dye coupon for change my pets colour. i made one yellow , one blue and the other was normal colour so pink. Today when i log in i found all my 3 pink bean pet normal colour.... so how we can solve it?

    now colours are back... i dont know what happen lol

    now are pink again i dont know what to do o_o
