Windows key blocking is broken

This "feature" is completely broken, I'm playing in window mode and the key will often remain unuseable when I tab out, sometimes it'll even lock itself at the pressed state, making typing a chat message run 17 different shortcuts, I need to tab in and out of the game mashing the Windows key to get it fixed, regardless of whether this "feature" works or not, there should be the option to disable it, I use the Windows key for shortcuts and Windows features, such as moving windows across screens with Windows key + shift + left/right arrows, opening a new explorer window with Windows key + E or opening Run with Windows key + R.

This is easily reproduceable, just run the game in a window, and tab out/minimize it, try to use the windows key, it might take a few tries as it doesn't always happen (I found that it happens more when minimizing, appears to happen more when minimizing is done by pressing it at the taskbar).
