Heroes of maple final act bans you?

I was doing final act of heroes blockbuster and I tried to proceed towards the end but the screen turned black for some reason. I could move around the map as I saw myself in the minimap but the main screen was black. I tried logging back in and found myself being banned for a month. What is up?

    I'd like to point out some 'back end changes' to heroes of maple coming in the next maintenance. Maybe they'll fix it? Anyway don't give up brotha.
