Burning Character

Can you only burn a character as soon as they are made? I just made a new character and got it to level 35, and I can't seem to find a way to burn in. Yes it was created after the event and I do not have another burning character. I have looked at the star at the left of my screen and the V tab but can't seem to find the burning quest.

    ad far i kn u only can chose to burn on char selection so try there
